Toronto Rent Bank
Provides grants to support Toronto tenants who are behind on their rent and at imminent risk of losing their homes or require help with rental deposits to secure housing.Tenants can now apply online.

Emergency Energy Fund (EEF): Funded by the City of Toronto, EEF helps low-income residents with utility emergencies, such as paying off arrears to prevent service disconnection or to get reconnected. Call 416-397-7368 to reach the EEF Call Centre. There is also more information available on their website here.

Emergency Housing Help- Housing Stabilization Fund
The Housing Stabilization Fund (HSF) provides money for emergency housing needs to people receiving financial assistance through Ontario Works, income support through the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) in the city of Toronto or support through Emergency Assistance issued to migrants under an emergency authorization for humanitarian reasons.
