Liberty Cup Soccer Tournament
As we prepare for the FIFA World Cup hosted in the neighbourhood in 2026, we are bringing soccer to Liberty Village and you get to be the star!
The first annual Liberty Cup is being hosted at Lamport Stadium. This is a fun and FREE recreational soccer event for players aged 16+. Playing participation has closed but you can come and cheer on the players!

- Location: Lamport Stadium, 1155 King St W
On weather: This event will run rain or shine, only cancelling in case of thunderstorms.
Free Community Movie Night
Later in the evening, join us on the west side of Lamport Stadium to watch Bend it Like Beckham!

- Location: west side of Lamport Stadium, 1155 King St W

Make sure to arrive early for a seat and to grab some popcorn, on us!
On weather: If it rains, the movie will be cancelled, but you can join us at our movie night on Wednesday August 21 at Canoe Landing.
