Last year, I was thrilled to bring back ice skating at Harbourfront Centre! My motion approved at Council provided funding to close the gap and enable a seasonal rink. It was great connecting with many of you at the rink last winter, thrilled to have this unforgettable experience back on our waterfront.
Thanks to the incredible community advocacy, and the work of City staff and Harbourfront Centre with my office to help bring back this beloved tradition.
I'm so glad that this year, the rink has been expanded through a partnership with Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities.
